I enjoy guided meditations - taking some time for me, to relax, go inside myself, and just be. It is even better when the guided meditation is fun. This guided mediation is just that. It is also a perfect beginning sort of meditation. It is called "P.S. You are Great and Everything is Going to be Okay". It is basically fifteen minutes of why life is actually pretty okay. If you have fifteen minutes give it a try.
