Are You Married?

In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered. (1 Peter 3:7 NLT)

Today's Prayer
Lord, I am humbled today. I need You to help me forgive myself for how I've handled some personal relationships in my past. My interactions have not always been pure and honorable. I have a long way to go in the area of treating people as You instruct me to. I desire to try to understand them in the same way that You understand me. I want to genuinely view others as my partners, in this life, not as my opponents. Lord, I know this is critical. I want my prayers to be heard and answered by You. Please, teach me how to live, so that I may learn how to pray. Amen and so it is.
